Dr. Gloria Winters serves as Chief Health Officer for the YMCA of the USA, bringing more than 26 years of experience in healthcare leadership, business management, and clinical practice. In this role, she drives innovation across YMCA communities nationwide, advancing strategies that strengthen the continuum of care by bridging clinical services with community-based health, wellness and prevention services to support whole-person health. 

She leads the development and implementation of evidence-based models designed to improve health equity, enhance outcomes, and connect individuals to essential social and community services through strategic local and national partnerships. 

Dr. Winters earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Southern California and holds certifications in manual therapy, orthopedics, dry needling, exercise and sports medicine, and nutrition.
