
Bing Yu
Bing Yu is a Sr. Technical Director at Andes Technology. He has over 30 years of experience in technical leadership and management, specializing in machine learning hardware, high performance CPUs and system architecture. In his current role, he is responsible for processor roadmap, architecture, and product design. Bing received his BS degree in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University and completed the Stanford Executive Program (SEP) at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Matt Fyles
Matt Fyles is a computer scientist with over 20 years of proven experience in the design, delivery and the support of software and hardware within the microprocessor market. As SVP Software at Graphcore, Matt has built the company’s Poplar software stack from scratch, co-designed with the IPU for machine intelligence. He currently oversees the Software team’s work on the Poplar SDK, helping to support Graphcore’s growing community of developers.

Jigyasa Grover
Jigyasa is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Twitter where she works in the Ads Prediction domain. Recently, she won the Oustanding Women in AI Award for her contributions and efforts in empowering the future generation. She is also one of the few ML Google Developer Experts globally.
Last year, she co-authored a book titled 'Sculpting Data for ML' that campaigns for a data-centric approach to ML and is a practical guide on curating quality datasets. Her latest research titled ‘Do not fake it till you make it!’ is a synopsis of trending fake news detection methodologies on social media using deep learning, which will soon be published in a world-renowned Springer book series.
Having graduated from the University of California, San Diego, with a Master’s degree in CS and an AI specialization, her journey is highlighted by a myriad of experiences from her brief stints at Facebook, National Research Council Canada, and the Institute of Research & Development France involving data science, mathematical modeling, and software engineering. Red Hat 'Women in Open Source' Academic Award and Moxie Women in Tech Award winner, she is an avid proponent of open-source and credits her career growth to this sphere of community development.
She is also the proud recipient of multiple scholarships for her research and travels like Mitacs Globalink, Linux Foundation, Facebook GHC, ESUG, GHC India, etc. She currently leads the open-source and ML track for Anita Borg's IWiC group, co-leads the Women@ML BRG at Twitter, and serves as the Program Chair at PyBay.

Dr Claire Burke
After completing a PhD in astrophysics, Dr Claire Burke turned her attention back to Earth to help solve the biggest challenges society has ever faced – climate change. She has more than a decade of interdisciplinary experience, bringing expertise from physics, computer sciences and natural sciences together to solve problems previously considered impossible.
Claire has worked at the Met Office and multiple universities, and has collaborated with large NGOs including the WWF and the Institute of Physics. Her work and ability to communicate science to a non-specialist audience has been recognised with awards from the IoP, the British Science Association and the UK Government.
Claire now leads the science team at Climate X where she develops quantitative climate risk solutions, based in robust science, which are geared specifically towards the finance sector.

Ritu Goel
Ritu Goel is Director of Product Management at Adobe, where she has been driving strategy for AI/ML platform since its early days with the vision of democratizing AI/ML development at Adobe. Prior to this, Ritu has spent more than a decade leading product strategy and execution of various enterprise to consumer products and platforms at eBay, Macys.com and Infosys. Ritu has a bachelor of engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.

Shubho Sengupta
Shubho Sengupta is a Software Engineer at Meta, where he designs Meta’s Research Infra for AI training. He started working on AI in 2014, on speech related AI models like DeepSpeech and DeepVoice. Before that he pioneered many of the foundational algorithms in general purpose programming in GPUs, which has won Test of Time award. These days, he also works at the intersection of cryptography and computation, specifically in bi-partite and multi-partite matching algorithms.
