John was an Executive Partner at Gartner, where he was management consultant to market leading companies in the areas of digital transformation, data monetization and advanced analytics. Before Gartner, John was responsible for the advanced analytics business unit of the Dell Software Group.
John is the author of the best-selling book – Analytics Teams: Leveraging analytics and artificial intelligence for business improvement. The book was published in June 2020 and outlines how to hire and manage high performance advanced analytics teams. The book outlines how to engage with executives and senior managers. How to select and undertake analytics projects that change and improve how a business operates.
John is co-author of the bestselling book – Analytics: How to win with Intelligence, which debuted on Amazon as the #1 new book in Analytics in 2017. Analytics is a book that guides non-technical executives through the journey of creating an analytics function, funding initiatives, and driving change in business operations through data and applied analytical applications.
John’s new book – The Future of Data, will be published in 2022.

Thomas Busby
Thomas Busby is a Vice President and has been with Outcome Capital since 2015. He focuses on medical technology, digital health and life science services segments with particular interest in innovative life science companies that deliver patient impact by leveraging novel approaches. Thomas is driven by the desire to identify disruptive technologies and services that require unique strategic thought and assistance to realize their full market potential. Thomas has been published in leading life science journals Life Science Leader and The Pharma Letter, and also serves on the board of HealthTech Build, a Boston-based digital health innovation group.
Prior to his career in life-science investment banking, Thomas pursued his passion for the public service and non-profit sectors working in a variety of leadership and management positions, and at one time held a Massachusetts teaching license.
Thomas completed his MBA at Suffolk University’s Sawyer Business School on full academic scholarship where he was President of the school’s Graduate Business Association and class speaker at graduation. Prior, he completed a BS in Philosophy with Honors from Suffolk’s College of Arts & Sciences. Brannon Morisoli
Mr. Morisoli joined SWK Holdings as a Senior Analyst in March 2016. Prior to joining SWK, he was an Investment Analyst and Portfolio Manager for a family office that invested in equities, fixed income, real estate, and alternative investments. Prior to that, he was an Investment Analyst for Presidium Group, a real estate private equity firm, where he played an integral role in closing over $100mm in transactions. Mr. Morisoli began his career at Neurografix, a startup medical technology company in Santa Monica, CA that was doing groundbreaking work in the MRI imaging of peripheral nerves. While with Neurografix, he was published in two leading neurology journals. Brannon graduated from UCLA with a B.S., was awarded a fellowship and graduated from the University of Notre Dame with an M.B.A, and was awarded a Samson Fellowship from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he graduated with a J.D. Sakyasingha Dasgupta
Sakya is the founder and Chief Executive officer of EdgeCortix. He is an artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning technologist, entrepreneur, and engineer with over a decade of experience in taking cutting edge AI research from ideation stage to scalable products, across different industry verticals. He has lead teams at global companies like Microsoft and IBM Research / IBM Japan, along with national research labs like RIKEN Japan and the Max Planck Institute Germany. Previously, he helped establish and lead the technology division at lean startups in Japan and Singapore, in semiconductor technology, robotics and Fintech sectors. Sakya is the inventor of over 20 patents and has published widely on machine learning and AI with over 1,000 citations.
Sakya holds a PhD. in Physics of Complex Systems from the Max Planck Institute in Germany, along with Masters in Artificial Intelligence from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelors of Computer Engineering. Prior to founding EdgeCortix he completed his entrepreneurship studies from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Harshit Khaitan
Harshit Khaitan is the Director of AI Accelerator at Meta where he leads building AI Accelerators for Reality labs products. Prior to Meta, he was technical lead and co-founder for the Edge Machine learning accelerators at Google, responsible for MLA in Google Pixel 4 (Neural Core) and Pixel 6 (Google Tensor SoC). He has also held individual and technical leadership positions at Google’s first Cloud TPU, Nvidia Tegra SoCs and Nvidia GPUs. He has 10+ US and international patents in On-device AI acceleration. He has a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, India.

Divya Jain is an industry recognized product and technology leader in machine learning and AI. She has 15+ years of industry experience at various startups and Fortune 500 companies. She is currently serving as an Engineering Director for Sensei ML platform at Adobe. Before this she was a Research Director at Tyco Innovation Garage and led various deep learning initiatives in video surveillance space. She also co-founded a startup, dLoop Inc., which was acquired by Box in 2013. At Box, Divya led the team that built the first machine learning capabilities into the Box platform.
