Stanislav Nazarenus is the co-founder and Co-CEO of mammaly, a digital pet health startup from Germany. He is leading the product, finance, operations as well as the retention marketing teams. Previously, he was active in the management consulting and venture capital industry at firms like KPMG, Coparion or Global Founders Capital.
Sam Worthy
Sam is CEO and co-founder of Tailwise.
He founded Tailwise after he personally experienced the broken dog homing process. He now leads the team on its mission to build the go to platform for responsible breeding and dog ownership.
Prior to Tailwise, Sam led sales and business development at two early stage startups from seed to series A, which were backed by Seedcamp and Octopus Ventures. He originally trained and worked in real estate investment at Fortune 500 JLL in the City of London.

Stephanie has been working in the animal health industry for over 16 years at Zoetis, she is Senior Vice President and Cluster Lead for the UK, BeNeLux, the Nordics and Ireland. Zoetis is the world’s leading animal health company and a member of the Fortune 500, aiming to nurture our world and humankind by advancing care for animals. With 70 years of experience innovating a leading portfolio and pipeline of medicines, vaccines, diagnostics, and technologies, colleagues stand by those caring for animals by providing solutions worldwide.
Prior to becoming Senior Vice President, Stephanie was Chief of Staff to Zoetis CEO Kristin Peck. Stephanie has broad business experience in the private and corporate sector, the latter in various roles (strategic, operational, executive, sales, marketing, veterinary operations, line management and staff roles) in the APAC, North American and European markets.
Animals have always been a significant part of Stephanie’s life, having been part of a family with a deep and ongoing love of animals combined with her early passion for problem solving, maybe a career centered around animals was inevitable. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Science from the University of Sydney and post-graduate qualifications in Veterinary Pharmacology and an MBA from the University of Technology, Sydney Stephanie has put this all to good use as a practicing veterinarian in Australia and the UK and latterly with Zoetis.

Her purpose is growing and partnering with disruptive pet start-ups to transform the pet care industry, making pet ownership even more meaningful and enjoyable.
Her background in both science and business facilitates her job as a super-connector, bringing value to both startups and Purina. Tofu, her cat approves of her job.
