Darren Adams
Darren Adams, Global Director for Digital Propositions at Unilever, leads the development and long-term evolution of the digital propositions team within Unilever. The team is focused on the digital transformation of the organization as it relates to consumer facing propositions, across the three divisions, including Home Care, Beauty and Personal Care and Food and Refreshment. His global team based in China, India, Netherlands and the US are leading the way in building new digital services and digital business models and the inherent assets and technologies required to deliver this.
Darren joined Unilever in 2021, and prior to Unilever spent several years with Philips in the Netherlands and US as the Managing Director – Strategy, Marketing and Operations, within the Philips Ventures team. He was responsible for the creation of the Philips HealthWorks group and its inherent acceleration and investment programs, which established a large portfolio of start-ups and solutions as well as successful collaborations across the business.
Prior to Philips Darren has held numerous Leadership roles across the globe in organizations that have spanned Online and eCommerce, Mobile Technology, Telecommunications, Banking and Insurance and Health. In these various roles Darren’s focus has been on the creation of new businesses, market expansion and digital transformation. A prime example was the creation of an ecommerce mobile telecommunications services business that generated $250M in revenue after two years.
Additionally, Darren has been the founder of several startups, predominantly SaaS based businesses which have had successful exits. As an investor and executive team member he has seen several other startups through multiple rounds of funding.
Darren holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Economics and Marketing) from Deakin University and an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business.
Darren is currently based in Boston where he lives with his wife and two daughters.

Sabrina Noorani
Sabrina was born and raised in East Africa and moved to Miami, FL with her family when she was eight years old. A graduate of The New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business, Sabrina achieved a Bachelor of Science of Finance and Information Systems, with a minor in Mathematics. She is recognized as one of the very few female derivatives traders at NYSE and later, on the founding team for the institutional desk at the now illustrious Citadel hedge fund.In 2017, a debilitating skin allergy led her to launch ClearForMe. With this powerful tool, she hopes to encourage clear beauty education and change how products with ingredient labels are presented to consumers today.

Harriette Resnick
Harriette Resnick is an Assistant Deputy Superintendent in the Climate Division of the New York State Department of Financial Services. Before joining the Department of Financial Services, Harriette had served as internal counsel to JPMorgan Chase & Co. As Managing Director and Associate General Counsel, she led the legal team supporting the Global Trade unit within JPMorgan's Corporate & Investment Bank. She was co-chair of the International Chamber of Commerce Banking Commission’s Working Group on Sustainable Trade Finance. Harriette has a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a Masters in Environmental Law from Pace University’s Elisabeth Haub School of Law, where she specialized in Global Environmental Studies. Her article, Seeing the Forest for the Trees: Public and Private Law Tools for Halting Deforestation, was published in the January 2020 issue of the Pace Environmental Law Review.
