Philipp Amann
Philipp is the Head of Strategy at the European Cybercrime Centre (EC3). EC3 Strategy is responsible for assessing and acting on relevant trends and threats related to cybercrime and cyber-security. Other key areas of responsibility include providing strategic support to investigations, driving innovation, managing EC3’s industry advisory groups, prevention & awareness and capacity building.
Philipp has worked in various fields, including the financial sector, global disarmament, international investigations and on issues related to safety and security in cyberspace, topics he deeply cares about.
His professional experience is complemented by degrees in business informatics from the University of Vienna and in forensic computing and cybercrime investigation from the University College Dublin.

Mark Moore
Mark is a serving police Superintendent in the Devon and Cornwall force. After graduating from Exeter University with a languages degree, he has worked for over 25 years in policing, spanning a variety of operational roles. He is now employed as CEO of the South West Cyber Resilience Centre, one of a network of police-private partnerships covering Great Britain, and aimed at protecting small businesses and the third sector from cybercrime. He looks after around 350 organisations within the region, and he works with a number of regional universities and business groups to help provide services directly to smaller clients. Mark holds an MSc in police leadership and management and a postgraduate diploma in the psychology of organisation development. He is married with two children, two dogs, and a passion for Cornish beaches.
