Dr Steven Theriault
Dr. Steven Theriault is a passionate scientist with 20 years of research and entrepreneurial experience in generating biological solutions for biological problems. He founded Cytophage Technologies Inc., a company that uses natural, modified and synthetic bacteriophages to create a diversity of products that combat bacterial infections affecting human health, animal health and food security. Dr. Theriault’s goal is to enable bacteriophages to become mainstream for treating human and animal bacterial infections, thereby averting the WHO’s predicted AMR crisis and avoiding needless suffering.

Sarah Woodson
Sarah Woodson is the T. C. Jenkins Professor of Biophysics at Johns Hopkins University. She received her PhD in Biophysical Chemistry in 1987 with Donald Crothers at Yale University, and did postdoctoral research in the laboratory of Thomas Cech at the University of Colorado Boulder. Her research group studies how RNA molecules fold into specific three-dimensional structures, and how the RNA and proteins components of cellular complexes such as the ribosome come together. Dr. Woodson was elected a AAAS Fellow, the President of the RNA Society and received the Lifetime Service Achievement Award from the RNA Society in 2020.
