Jennifer Stansbury
Jennifer Stansbury is co-Founder and Managing Partner of The Benchmarking Company (TBC), a consumer market research firm for the beauty and personal care industries, specializing in quantitative research, qualitative focus groups, and consumer in-home use testing for marketing claims and risk mitigation.
Jennifer manages teams that conduct large-scale US and international consumer perception studies and custom research projects for beauty and personal care brands such as Shiseido, Benefit Cosmetics, Johnson & Johnson, Dollar Shave Club, Perricone MD, and many others. She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, including Cosmoprof North America, Cosmoprof Worldwide, In-Cosmetics, SCC and elsewhere. Jennifer is a regular contributor to Happi, GCI Magazine, BW Confidential, and other industry publications, and is a member of Beauty Industry West (BIW), and Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW). Jennifer is a current Board Member of IBA.

John Hoekstra
John Hoekstra leads the company's sustainability advisory and clean energy technology services for clients. His team is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing energy and sustainability programs with global clients. The sustainability services team leverages expertise in the areas of energy, water and waste management, greenhouse gas emissions reduction, renewable energy optimization plus other domains to reduce costs plus environmental and social impact, and improve organizational performance. In recent years, John has led clients through on-site and off-site power purchase agreement (PPA) opportunities around the world and connected to economic and environmental objectives. John has been an instrumental figure in the development of Resource Advisor, Schneider Electric’s award winning online sustainability and energy management reporting platform as well as the New Energy Opportunity or “NEO Network”, an online clean energy technology platform intended to accelerate renewable energy transactions between buyers and sellers. John has experience working in the environmental affairs and corporate governance departments for Dell Computer Corporation and Brown-Forman Corporation as well as process engineering with E.I. DuPont de Nemours. While with these organizations, he pioneered the implementation of sustainable supply chain management programs and contributed to the development of corporate environmental policy and public relations communications. John has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisville and is a registered Professional Engineer.
