Sagiv Lustig
Sagiv Lustig is the Open Innovation Manager in Israel for L'Oréal R&I (Research and Innovation).
He established and manages the operation of scouting for technologies and business opportunities across the Israeli high-tech ecosystem - academia, research centers, start-ups, industry - that support and expand L’Oreal’s R&I prominence, as well as supporting other group’s innovation hubs such as operations, packaging and the digital team.
Sagiv joined L’Oreal through their acquisition of ColoRight Ltd., in which he has been the CEO. He became ManCom member of the AUGMENTED BEAUTY Métier handling Digital, Devices and Data and recently ManCom member of the new Open Innovation entity.
He holds an MBA and BA in economics both from Tel-Aviv University, followed by Over 20 years of senior international business management experience at prominent technology multinationals and startups alike, demonstrating exceptional hands-on management and effective leadership across significant operational changes, including repeated M&A ventures with world leading corporations, business strategy recourse, and new business development.
