Anand Venkateswaran
Anand Venkateswaran is Vice President, Finance and Member, Board of Directors for Target India, a fully-owned subsidiary of Target Corporation (NYSE: TGT). Target is a Minneapolis based discount retailer with more than $69 billion in annual revenue, which serves guests (customers) at over 1,800 retail stores across the U.S.
Anand joined Target India in 2010 and has been leading the Finance team, managing overall responsibilities for strategy and operations. In this role, he is responsible for leading the Finance Operations team that supports global Finance and the Indirect Sourcing & Procurement CoE team that drives sourcing strategy in Minneapolis and Bangalore. Additionally, Anand heads the CFO/Controllership function for Target India.
Anand comes with over 20 years of diverse experience in corporate banking, business strategy, finance controllership, business transformation & re-engineering, risk management and the setting-up of Finance Global In-house Centers (GIC). He has worked with companies such as Citibank, Bank of America and American Express, and has experience leading global teams.
Anand is a management accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, Certified Information Systems Auditor [CISA – non-practicing] from ISACA, and has passed the Certified Public Accountancy (CPA) examination from the Maine State Board of Accountancy. He also holds a B.Com. (Hons) from the University of Delhi.
Vignesh Mohan
Vignesh Mohan is the Senior Manager, Digital Transformation at Dell EMC, with responsibility for RPA, Analytics and Business Intelligence programs. Vignesh has been working with Dell EMC for 7 years and heads the RPA, Analytics and BI operations teams in India. He is responsible for setting up the Robotic Automation Center at Bangalore.
Prior to joining Dell Technologies, Vignesh worked at Infosys BPO for 9 years, during his tenure at Infosys BPO he worked in multiple roles which include, BPO Consulting, PMO, Solution Design, Presales and Operations Management.
Vignesh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with specialization in Accountancy and Services Marketing from St Joseph’s College of Commerce, Bangalore University
Tilak Banerjee
Tilak is a Director with DellEMC, he is responsible for Service Delivery, Customer Relationship and other strategic initiatives of the Global Business Services (GBS) team based out of Bangalore.
Tilak has more than 18 years of experience in Shared Service supporting industries like Pharma, Telecom, Media, Leasing and High-tech, in a number of senior leadership roles. He is one of the leading and most sought-after speakers in the Shared Service industry and his thought leadership in the areas of Robotic Process Automation, Analytics, Process Excellence and digital disruption have been recognized and appreciated by international Shared Service forums and practitioners across the globe.
Tilak is a Grad CWA (ICWAI) and a certified Green Belt in Six Sigma from GE(Fairfield). He is also an internationally published author, illustrator and photographer.
Saravanan Kumar
Saravanan Kumar (SK) is a technology leader specializing in incubating and inducting new capabilities into enterprise and platform services. SK has conceptualized and successfully serviced APM, workload Automation, Agile Platforms, EaaS, Service Orchestration, DevOps and RPA/AI capabilities.
SK has Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronics, Masters in Human Resource Management. Certification covers MCPs, CSQA, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), ITIL, etc.,
In his current role he is the Global Head of Automation for Aon. Specializing in Intelligent Monitoring, DevOps, XaaS and RPA/AI Platform Services.
Rathnaprabha Manickavachagam
Prabha joined SG GSC in April 2010. She has since played several leading roles as within the ITEC team till June 2015. Prabha has been instrumental in starting the Innovation department - GSC/INO in July 2015 as an extension of RESG/INO in Paris, which now makes significant contribution to achieve the Innovation & Digital ambition that RESG has set rolling to accomplish for Societe Generale globally.
In her current role, she defines the SG GSC Digital Innovation Strategy as well as the IT Transformation strategy. She is accountable for key transformative initiatives on the axes of Expertise, Efficiency, Digital Transformation, Innovation, IT process engineering & operations. She is also responsible for the functioning of the Digital labs at SG GSC and has a fully integrated function into the Digital Transformation efforts of SG group.
Prior to joining Societe Generale, Prabha has worked in the Brokerage & Family Offices divisions at Fidelity Investments for over 6 years and earlier to that at GE Appliances in KY, USA for over 7 years.
Amrita Singh
Amrita has over 13 years of experience in the Financial Services industry. She has been with SG Global Solution Centre (SG GSC) since 2011 where she has spearheaded several key initiatives around emerging technology. A driver of innovation, she has led projects on Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to name a few. Currently she is the Global Program Director for Smart Automation, Corporate & Investment Banking Operations.
As an ‘agent of change’ she has played a pivotal role in the setting up of the RPA 'centre of excellence' at SG GSC. She connects the dots with her expertise in Process Excellence, RPA & Cognitive Technologies (OCR, ML, NLP) and liaises with several of the innovation wings at SG GSC.
Amrita has an MBA from the Indian School of Business where she earned a dual major in Analytical Finance & Strategic Marketing.
Sunil Shah
Sunil Shah is the Deputy CEO of SG GSC and supports the CEO in the global implementation of the business plan. He is responsible for the overall management and governance of the organisation, effective transformation strategy for SG GSC and act as an innovation champion.
Sunil joined SG GSC in 2011. Prior to joining SG GSC, Sunil was Senior Director, Asset Management – IT at Fidelity Investments from 2004 to 2011. His previous assignments also include an eleven year stint with Infosys Technologies in their Banking and Capital Markets Division. In Fidelity, Sunil was instrumental in defining the roadmap and the strategy for the Asset Management IT organisation in Bangalore and defining engagement models that promoted better accountability and collaboration. Sunil holds a Computer Science Engineering Degree from the University of Mysore, and an MBA from INSEAD, Singapore and France.
Ankur Kothari
Pankajam Sridevi
Pankajam Sridevi is the Managing Director of ANZ Bengaluru Hub. She is leading a team of almost 7,000 staff in Technology and Operations based in Bengaluru, the information technology hub of India.
Pankajam joined ANZ in 2007. In her current role, she is leading the Technology and Operations teams in supporting the key global initiatives of the bank by building their core capabilities. She works with the leadership team to embrace end-to-end process improvements through a culture of change to get improved customer service, capability build, compliance and cost reduction.
Pankajam has also been spearheading the automation initiative in the delivery centres of ANZ. She is instrumental in supporting the spread of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) across multiple functional groups and countries.
One of her key focus areas has been acquiring the right talent, nurturing and retaining it. She is also passionate about developing homegrown leaders. Pankajam has been at the forefront of leading the diversity and inclusion agenda in ANZ through her steadfast focus on increasing the hiring of women leaders and persons with disabilities.
Prior to ANZ, Pankajam has worked in reputed companies and has over 28 years of rich experience in diverse segments ranging from manufacturing, technology (including design of integrated
process automation/systems, technology service management and software development), and IT-enabled services.
Pankajam holds an engineering degree from NIT, Kozhikode. Prior to ANZ, she has spent most of her career with Wipro and ABB across technology, operations and engineering.
