In this role, he serves as the primary legal advisor for Intel's multibillion-dollar Cloud & Enterprise business that offers a broad portfolio of silicon and software datacenter products. His experience includes advising on issues related to technology licensing, strategic collaborations, intellectual property, competition, product security, sales and marketing, and commercial law matters. Previously, he held other senior IP, litigation, and business legal roles at Intel.

 

Prior to joining Intel in 2011, Matt was an intellectual property trial lawyer at Am Law 200 firms in Silicon Valley. He is also a registered patent attorney and received his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and law degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
