Massi Sardi was born and raised in Italy, but moved to Ireland after college to work at Google's European headquarters. In 2013, he moved to New York and earned his MBA at Columbia Business School. Shortly after, he joined Bain & Company consulting company.

Massi Sardi was born and raised in Italy, but moved to Ireland after college to work at Google's European headquarters. In 2013, he moved to New York and earned his MBA at Columbia Business School. Shortly after, he joined Bain & Company consulting company.
In December of 2017, as Gympass was expanding its operations in the US, Massi joined the Gympass launch team to lead both client sales and partnerships for the East Coast region. Today, Massi leads the US Partnerships and Global digital partnerships organization as Vice President of Partnerships at Gympass, working cross-functionally to drive value to our fitness partners, enterprise clients and users.

Ria Kechagia is an IP/ Privacy legal expert working as a scientific collaborator at the Center for Digital Trust (C4DT), EPFL.

Previously, Ria worked as a legal advisor in a law firm specialized in intellectual property law and technology transfer and as a researcher at the Health, Ethics and Policy Lab, ETHZ.

She studied law at the University of Athens and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Intellectual Property (2007, Queen Mary, University of London).
