As Director of Program at Agreena in Copenhagen, she leads the science, standards and data quality teams in the development of certified carbon farming solutions. Her background includes roles at Devenish and Aurivo Dairy Co-op in Ireland, focusing on innovative solutions and farmer-led initiatives. With a Nuffield scholarship, PhD in Agricultural Sciences and a strong connection to her dairy farm upbringing, Roberta is dedicated to empowering farmers and advancing sustainable food systems.

Barry Stadler is the President of Business Development for Cartessa Aesthetics. He has been in the field of aesthetics since 2004 and has held numerous positions from sales, management, training as well as executive roles for Cartessa, Allergan and Cutera over the past 22 years. Barry routinely moderates expert panel discussions for emerging trends in aesthetics at conferences across the country. Barry’s unique perspective of the industry incorporates both clinical as well as business best practices - especially combination therapies that improve overall results while increasing per-hour revenue streams for the practice.
